30-day returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned
- Digital gift cards and software codes once delivered.
- Opened personal care items, for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no extra cost.
